The Team

Loriann Putzier, CEO

Ms. Putzier was a founder of IntegraCare Corporation, a Pittsburgh, PA based senior living operator. As the former President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Talent Officer of IntegraCare, Loriann led community operations; people services and talent acquisition; organizational development; risk management; and team member engagement initiatives for all communities. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of leadership initiatives, programmatic strategy and implementation, quality and service improvements, and financial performance.

Prior to co-founding IntegraCare, Loriann joined National Health Management in March of 1993 as Vice President of Human Resources. In March 1995, she advanced to the position of Vice President of Corporate Operations and Human Resources. In December 1996, Loriann was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Operations with responsibility for the overall leadership, operations and financial performance for all NHM-owned and managed communities in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia and Maryland.

Before joining NHM, Loriann served in leadership roles within the human resource disciplines at both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, most notably at Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia. Ms. Putzier was honored in 2015 as a Pittsburgh Business Times – Business Women First Award recipient. In 2014 she was selected as one of five female Entrepreneurs for the Women in Business Award for Western Pennsylvania, one of Pennsylvania Business Central’s Women Making a Difference, and the Pittsburgh Smart Business Class of 2014 – Smart 50. She was also nominated for the 2012 Pittsburgh Business Ethics Award, and Western Pennsylvaina 2002 Entrepreneur of Year Award. IntegraCare also received the People Do Matter Award twice and were finalists in the Best Places to Work competition.

Ms. Putzier remains focused on creating great places to work while creating business and financial success. Loriann holds a B.S. Degree in Journalism from the E.W Scripps School of Journalism, Ohio University and an M.B.A. from LaSalle / Robert Morris University. She was a thirteen year member of the Argentum Chief Operating Officer’s Round Table, the Workforce Committee Chair for the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association, a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association, Vistage member, and she served on the Human Resources Committee of and the Board of Directors for Southwinds and the Visiting Nurse Association, the largest home health agency in Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Putzier is a mentor for business professionals and students.

John Putzier, President

John Putzier is an accomplished professional speaker, trainer and consultant on workplace performance improvement, and a sought out media source as a subject matter expert on current and emerging workplace issues and trends.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology (The University of Akron, cum laude) and a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior (American University, top of class). He was awarded a Lifetime Certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management Certification Institute.

John was founder and President of the National Speakers Association Pittsburgh, served on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, was a judge for the Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative (U.S. Chamber of Commerce) and the PHRA “People Do Matter” award program. He also founded the Society for Human Resource Management High-Tech-Net.

Occupationally, John founded and served as President of FirStep, Inc. (a performance improvement consultancy), with a strong emphasis in the auto industry. In 2010 he was recruited to serve as CEO of the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Association and Fouondation (GPADA/F) as a “turnaround artist” where he grew the organization to become a multi-million dollar trade association, charitable foundation, and credit union, raising millions for charity and various automotive trade initiatives. (Pittsburgh International Auto Show, “Dancing With the Cars” charity fundraiser, auto tech scholarships, and more) During this period, John authored three books published by AMACOM Books (American Management Assoc. and Financial-Times Prentice-Hall) with the following successful titles:

John’s has appeared on many major media sources, including CNN, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and many others, as a recognized expert on workplace and societal issues and trends. During John’s career, he has served on the adjunct faculties of Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III Graduate School and Robert Morris University, teaching Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
John continues to “give back” by serving on several boards, including Chairman of the Board of Nazareth Prep (part of Holy Family Institute), Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association, Junior Achievement, and Rosedale Technical College.

In 2023 John, with his wife Loriann, founded Redline Performance Management (RPM) Inc. to bring together the many resources, thought leaders and subject matter experts that they have brought under their umbrella throughout their storied and stellar careers. Their mission is to help others to help themselves through coaching and consulting and to maximize individual and organization performance through the motto:
